40 YEAR OLD FEMALE WITH BACK PAIN



A 40 year old female patient came to the op with a cheif complaints of severe back pain since 1 week.

HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS
The patient had severe back pain since 1 week , that was sudden in onset and throbbing kind,  The pain was aggregated on bending and doing work,and temporarily relieved on medications  .

PAST HISTORY
Known case of thyroid and is on medications (thyronorm-25mg)
No history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus , tuberculosis,CAD,CVA,asthma .

PERSONAL HISTORY 
Constipation
Mixed diet
Normal appetite 
Normal sleep 
Normal urination
No burning micturition  
General examination : the patient was moderately bulit well nourished, conscious and coherent 
No pallor, icterus , cyanosis ,clubbing, lymphadenopathy ,edema 
Bp : 110/70 
RR:24rpm
Pulse: 80bpm
Temp: febrile
